1. General Information

ClearChoice Opticians is an independent optometry practice located at Unit 4, Nene Court, The Embankment, Wellingborough, NN8 1LD. Our services include eye examinations, contact lens fittings, prescription glasses, and eyewear sales.

2. Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Appointment times are approximate; we aim to see all patients promptly but occasional delays may occur.

3. Eye Care & Clinical Services

All examinations and prescriptions are carried out by qualified optometrists.
Advice provided during consultations is tailored to your individual eye health needs.
If you experience any issues following your appointment, please contact us promptly.

4. Eyewear Purchases

All glasses, lenses, and contact lenses are supplied according to your prescription.
Frames and lenses remain the property of ClearChoice Opticians until full payment is received.
Special orders (including prescription lenses) are non-refundable once manufactured.
If you have concerns about your eyewear, please contact us within 30 days of collection.

5. Payments

We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, and other payment methods as advertised in practice.
Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change without notice but will be confirmed before purchase.

6. Returns & Refunds

Non-prescription items (e.g. accessories) may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
Prescription eyewear and lenses cannot be refunded unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Website Use

All content on this website (text, images, branding) is the property of ClearChoice Opticians and may not be copied without permission.
We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee all details are error-free.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.
Information you provide (e.g. contact details, medical history) is used solely for the purpose of providing eye care and related services.
